Working for ICA

ICA is proud of its standing in the market place where we operate, providing independent, high-quality support for our client base, operating across London and the home counties.

As our client base grows, we will continue to add to our team of experienced professionals, particularly our Assessors, who complete the critical aspect of completing Building Safety audits, to ensure that methodology, materials and installation meet the project specifications and manufacturer’s instructions. In addition, we provide quality control inspections, as an enhanced Clerk of Works service.

All of our Assessors have a minimum 25 years construction experience, predominantly in a senior operational role, with an excellent understanding of design principles and compliance with ER’s and specifications. As importantly, they are people people, with an ability to engage and support our client teams and generally, we have previously worked together.

If this sounds like you and ICA is attractive to you, why not drop us a note to find out more. Please do not contact us as an agency and we will not respond.

As a consultancy, with a genuine passion for creating equality within our industry, we actively seek to engage with the communities where we work, to build a diverse, reflective workforce and provide a positive working culture.

During the course of our business activities, we visit many construction projects, and our team will also monitor behaviours which are part of the requirements of BSA2022 to act collaboratively and positively. Should our Assessors become aware of coercive attitudes, or the potential that operatives may be subjected to unreasonable and forced working, that could be considered as modern slavery, we will be obliged to alert project management or the relative authorities.

Our Diversity & Inclusion Policy and our Modern Slavery & Trafficking Policy can be found here.

ICA is a responsible employer and provides an ethical framework for our Assessors and central office team to work to.

Our staff will fully comply with individual Site Rules and the measures contained within any Site Safety Induction but as importantly, they will work collaboratively with project teams to provide proactive support to ensure that quality control is not only monitored, but recorded. In return, we do expect that our client teams ensure that the relevant project staff are made available during inspection audits.
